Yes.
Windows users have the option of sharing their entire desktop (all active monitors included), or can share one or more of the applications/programs that they have running on their PC.
Macintosh users can currently share only their entire primary desktop/monitor. Mac application support will be available in a future release of the GatherPlace software.
