Enabling JavaScript in a Browser
Internet Explorer 6, 7, and 8
- Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options from the menu to open the Internet Options dialog.
- Click the Security tab on the Internet Options dialog.
- Click the Custom Level button to open the Security Settings dialog.
- Scroll down until you see the Scripting section and select the Enable button for Active Scripting.
- Click the OK button on the Security Settings dialog.
- Click the Yes button in the confirmation window if you are prompted.
- Click the OK button on the Internet Options dialog.
Firefox 2 and 3
- Click the Tools menu and select Options... to open the Options dialog.
- Click the Content tab and select the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
- Click the OK button on the Options dialog.
Safari 2, 3, 4, and 5
- Click the Safari menu and select Preferences to open the Preferences dialog.
- Click the Security tab.
- Select the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
- Close the Preferences dialog.
