Joining a Meeting for Guests Using GP5

These instructions are for guests who have already downloaded and installed GP5. For information regarding the download and install process, click here:
  1. Open the GP5 application.
  2. Enter the 7-digit access code for the session in the Join a Meeting form.
  3. Enter your name in the Join a Meeting form.
  4. Enter your email address in the Join a Meeting form.
  5. Click the Join button in the Join a Meeting section of the dialog as shown below.

Once you have joined the meeting, the presentation will display in the large center area in the GP5 application window.
