Note: You will be directed to the login page if you are not already logged in.
Once at the My Account page, click the Account Settings icon to go to the Account Settings page, then click the Update Account Information link on the Account Settings page.
If you forget your password, simply enter your email address and click the Forgot Password link on the login page. GatherPlace will then send you an email with a new password to the email address on file.
Note: If you never see a login screen then you are still logged in. Click the Log Out link in the lower left corner of any page on the GatherPlace site to log out, then go back to the login page to get to the Forgot Password link.
Please note that GatherPlace encrypts your password in a form that cannot be decrypted, so we cannot provide you with your old password.
