Follow the instructions below to clear the browser cache on most popular browsers and operating systems.
This process may be necessary in order to download a new version of GP4.

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click the Tools menu. If the Tools menu is not visible, press ALT on keyboard.

  2. Click on Delete Browsing History...

  3. Select Temporary Internet Files.

  4. Click the Delete button.

  5. Exit and relaunch the browser.


  1. On the Internet Explorer 7 Tools menu button, click the Internet Options menu item.
    The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.

  2. Click the General tab, then click Delete under the Browsing History section.

  3. Click Delete Files in the Delete Browsing History dialog box.

  4. Click Close on the Delete Browsing History dialog.

  5. Click OK on the Internet Options dialog.

  6. Exit Internet Explorer from the File menu and and re-open it.



  1. On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options...
    The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.

  2. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button.
    This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.

  3. Click OK, and then click OK again.

  4. Exit and relaunch the browser.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. Click Tools in the upper toolbar.

  3. Click Internet Options to open the Internet Properties dialog.

  4. Click the General tab.

  5. Click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files.

  6. Check Delete all offline content.

  7. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog.

  8. Click Apply and then OK.

  9. Exit and relaunch the browser.
or

  1. Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel.

  2. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties dialog.

  3. Click the General tab.

  4. Click the Delete Files... button.
    NOTE: Do not select Delete Cookies. Delete Cookies removes all the cookies stored on the computer.

  5. Check the Delete all offline content option.

  6. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog.

  7. Click OK on the Internet Properties dialog.

  8. Close the Control Panel window.

  9. Exit and relaunch the browser.

  1. Open the browser, click on Tools and select Clear Recent History from the menu.

  2. Select Everything from the Time range to clear menu on the Clear Recent History dialog that opened.

  3. Click on Details and select only Cache from the list that appears.

  4. Click the Clear Now button.

  5. Exit and relaunch the browser.

  1. Click Tools and select Clear Private Data....

  2. Unselect all but the "Cache" item.

  4. Exit and relaunch the browser.

  2. Click the Advanced icon and click the Network tab.

  3. Click Clear Now under the Cache section.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Exit and relaunch the browser.

  2. Click the Privacy icon.

  3. Click the Cache tab and click Clear Cache Now.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Exit and relaunch the browser.

  1. Select Clear Browsing Data from the menu after clicking the Customize button.

  2. Select the Empty the cache checkbox on the Clear Browser Data dialog.

  3. Click the Clear Browsing Data button.

  4. Exit and relaunch the browser.

  1. Open the browser, click the tools menu and select the delete private data menu item.

  2. Click the Details button.

  3. If you do not wish to delete cookies, saved passwords, etc., uncheck the categories in the list.

  4. Press Delete.

  5. Exit and relaunch the browser.

  1. Click on Tools (the gear icon) and select Reset Safari... from the menu.

  2. Select only the Empty the Cache option on the Reset Safari dialog that opened.

  3. Click the Reset button.

  4. Exit and relaunch the browser.

  3. Click on the down arrow next to Details and select only Cache from the list that appears.

  4. Click the Clear Now button.

  5. Quit and re-launch the browser.

  2. Click the Advanced icon and click the Network tab.

  3. Click Clear Now under the Cache section.

  4. Click the X in the top left corner to close the Advanced window.

  5. Quit and re-launch the browser.



  1. Click the Firefox menu and select Preferences.

  2. Click the Privacy icon and click the Cache tab.

  3. Click Clear Cache Now.

  4. Click the X in the top left corner to close the Privacy window.

  5. Quit and re-launch the browser.




  1. Start Internet Explorer

  2. Select Preferences from Explorer menu of the toolbar.

  3. Select the Web Browser menu.

  4. Select the Advanced menu.

  5. On the right-side of the Preferences window in the Cache section, click on Empty Now.

  6. Quit and re-launch the browser.

  2. Click on Details Options then select only the Delete entire cache option.

  3. Click on the Delete button.

  4. Quit and re-launch the browser.
